Steps of Service Delivery
Step 1: Tenant Review
We identify the licences and Microsoft Defender products/plans you currently have and potential areas for optimisation.
Step 2: Defender Readiness Enablement
2a: Microsoft Defender for M365
We ensure the effective setup of applicable Microsoft 365 Defender products (i.e., Defender for Office 365, Endpoint, and possibly Identity and CloudApps).
2b: Microsoft Defender for Cloud (optional)
If opted for, we ensure the effective setup of Defender for Cloud, useful for additional protection of Azure environments.
Step 3: Co-Managed XDR with Microsoft Defender
3a: M365 Security Monitoring
We assess incidents, define remedial actions, report to the customer within half a business day, and provide expert assistance in emergencies. Weekly reporting on security status and vulnerabilities is included, as well as monthly meetings as part of a continuous improvement process.
3b: Azure Cloud Security Monitoring (optional)
If selected we extend the scope of component 3a to Azure resources monitored via Defender for Cloud. A monthly additional report on Azure Cloud Security Posture including prioritised recommendations to achieve a higher Azure Security Score is provided.
Step 4: Cloud Security Expert Contingent (optional)
If opted for, we provide on-demand consulting/technical implementation to fulfil the measures arising in the context of components 3a/b.
