AWS Permission Management

Our AWS Permissions Management Service assists you in managing permissions and controlling authorisation for human and machine identities that require access to your AWS cloud environment and workloads. We establish access controls following the principle of least privilege, and set up multi-factor authentication, strong sign-in mechanisms, permissions guardrails and an emergency access process.

Our team conducts regular reviews of the permissions management setup, ensuring consistent and secure management of different levels of authorisation. Additionally, you can submit service requests whenever you need to modify permissions or manage users, user groups, and attributes. These service requests are handled in accordance with our Service Level Agreements (SLAs), following ITIL compliant Service Request Management processes.
